"Balm Lake"

I've been painting loons since spring, and playing with the backgrounds is my favorite part. My most recent loons feature this mystical, rainbow-y, sunset-y lake merging into sky. I love the effect.

Painting is just shy of 5"x7". White mat takes it up to an even 5"x7"- easy to pop in a frame. Acrylic paint and silver oil pen on 140 lb. watercolor paper.
