"Sweet Dreams"

One subject I keep going back to is poppies. They were one of the first things I painted, and they continue to inspire me. Bright red, flowy blooms, a wildflower among so much green. 

They are the perfect subject for paint skins- one of my favorite mediums. That paint you peel from a palette that's full of swirly color and bumpy texture gives this piece a ton of interest. Check out the close-up pictures to see what I mean. These poppies, set against a peachy-pink sky are wild and full of life.

8”x10”x1½” acrylic paint, collage, and chalk pastel on gallery wrapped, heavy duty canvas. Finished with protective varnish. Edges are painted, and the back is outfitted with a sawtooth hanger, making your painting ready to hang.

Your art will be packaged carefully and ship the week of May 18th.
